cannot find results_dir= './results_dir_vessels/results_DRIU_vessel_segmentation/'

Hi carlesventura,
I tried to run the code vessels/iterative/iterative_graph_creation_no_mask_offset.py, and it reports an error: cannot find the results_dir = './results_dir_vessels/results_DRIU_vessel_segmentation/'.
I didn't find any message in your code about how to get 'results_dir',can you give me some help?

results_test_vgg folder is missing

dear author, the folder of results_test_vgg in iterative_roads_local_mask.py is not provided, could you please upload it, or where can I download it?

Generate gt value

Thank you for sharing. I am confused about generate_gt_val_roads.py. Should i create patchs for training data or just create them for validation data？ I will be very appreciate if you can share the directory figure to me.

Hello dear author, I'm trying to configure the environment to run the code but I'm having the problem as in the title, I'm using pytorch version 0.4.0, is it possible that my cuda version is too new to cause this problem. Is there any other solution to this problem?
