0. Setup

 python3 -m venv .
 source bin/activate
 python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip
 pip install django==2.1.4 graphene-django==2.2.0 django-filter==2.0.0 django-graphql-jwt==0.1.5
 django-admin startproject hackernews
 cd hackernews
 python manage.py migrate
 python manage.py runserver

Edit hackernews/settings.py

INSTALLED_APPS = (
    # After the default packages
    'graphene_django',
)

...
GRAPHENE = {
    'SCHEMA': 'hackernews.schema.schema',
}

Run

 python manage.py runserver

Go to http://localhost:8000

Django's "hello" page is displayed!
