Fix wrong network warning

Wrong network warning not showing up when wallet is connected but on a wrong network.

Auto update not working correnctly when Reality question resolves

When staying on the campaign page, and when the KPI token passes from a non-finalized to finalized state, the burn tokens prompt appears even when the KPI has been reached. Almost as if the progress is not getting updated correctly once the token becomes finalized.

Enhance campaign page with additional redeem info

When the Carrot gets redeemed, show info about the redemption in the campaign page. Such as how much collateral was gained from it.

Update favicon

Use proper favicon.

Stuck on Step 1 of Creation

I am creating a token, but it won't let me press the "NEXT" button
Does it think some field is incomplete?

Answer is you need to press enter on the Tag input!

I guess we need to make this clear.

Change language on "Implement campaigns page" PR

"Implement campaigns page" PR found here: #21

Here are some brief changes I would suggest for language/comm

Change "Check out the campaigns" to " View all campaigns"

This makes it more clear that the user is viewing all instead and differentiates between the "Featured campaigns" CTA right below

Change "Featured campaigns" to "All campaigns" in the Campaigns tab

Since this is a list of all campaigns, "Featured campaigns" here is incorrect and could confuse the user.

Change "See campaign" to "View campaign"

Simple consistency change, to match landing language. This is also found on the featured campaigns area of the landing.

Indexing error on Rinkeby

How to reproduce:

• Switch network to rinkeby

Update confirmed tx notification styles to resemble Swapr's ones more.

Show's "KPI Expired" and below says "The KPI has not been reached." but would be good if there was traceability back to the reality question.

frontend not indicating wrong network anymore

So it seems like the frontend is not indicating being on the wrong network. Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect your Metamask to Mainnet
2. Go to https://bafybeicidyjhohamrnhzicrqcb6y3cv4v2aakl3n2hauw4eotmi3cjgpu4.ipfs.dweb.link
3. Click on Connect
4. Pick Metamask
5. Error: Unsupported chain id: 1. Supported chain ids are: 4,100.

if you switch to xdai and back to mainnet the frontend is actually showing the wrong network indicator.
