Scheduling system

According to the project requirements, the application must:

• The showing schedule page accessible only by agents shall display the following information in table form for each scheduled showing:
  • The MLS number, example 23456.
  • Address of the property.
  • Scheduled showing time start and end with date.
  • Name of listing agent.
  • Company of listing agent.
  • Name of agent showing the property.
  • Company of showing agent.
• Clicking on any of the showing times on the schedule page shall provide a link to a page giving the following functionality and display the following information to be filled in by the showing agent:
  • Show information on the showing agent (e-mail, phone)
  • Indicate if the home is still occupied.
  • Lock box code to get the key to the property.
  • Name of buyer for the scheduled showing.

Implement email functionality

According to the project requirements the web app must be able to:

• Send a daily e-mail to the agent giving the hit count for that day. (Probably should be a node script called via CRON)
• Contact the listing agent via e-mail when one of their listings is scheduled. (On request that schedules showing [depends on #3])

Refactor showing to use its own id instead of mlsn and userId

Add agent-specific routes for homes

Agents must be able to add, edit, and remove their own listings.

This will probably be accomplished using the /homes routes and authorization checks for agent permission and above

Feedback system

According to the project requirements, the application must:

• Feedback form with the following questions:
  • Is the customer interested in the property? (combo box of responses)
  • Please rate your overall experience at this showing. (combo box of responses)
  • Your (and your customer’s) opinion of the price. (combo box of responses)
  • Additional notes. (Multi-line text box for input.)

Setup Storybook using Nuxt plugin

An addon exists for this already @ https://storybook.nuxtjs.org/

Add filtering to /homes endpoint

Need filtering for homes. Should be able to filter on:

• Price range
• Location?
• Agent
• School?
• Address
• Square Footage
• Bedrooms/Bathrooms
• Trending (dailyHits)
• Popular (like count)

Frontend authentication flow

• Check auth cookies in middleware (as long as running on server)
• Add axios error handling to redirect to login page if unauthenticated
• Finalize login modal and add to default layout
