Add sitemap for conference menu items for better search engine SEO

Integrate with JupyterLab for code notebook

We want to build something similar with Kaggle Notebook (https://www.kaggle.com/code/scratchpad/notebook1f3cbc3c77/edit) , which is based on JupyterLab: https://jupyter.org/try-jupyter/lab/ . So we also need to integrate with JupyterLab: https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab

Let the conference menu item has its own URL path

It should be like: https://conf.casbin.com/competitions , when we click it, it will have /competitions path, and when pressing F5, it still enters this page. This will be good for future SEO.

Improve code (notebook) list page

The page got frozen after updating JS

Use yarn run to start frontend dev mode. Edit any JS code to trigger a rebuild:

Then the page is frozen, have to press F5 and reload to click on the page

would be cool with ability to use any s3 provider. I think there are quite a few golang libs that can do this.
