add cheerio and request

Cheerio is jQuery in node.js and request is a module for making client requests using node.js.
The combination of these technologies is well known for scraping in node.js community.
I would like to know if they satisfy to be in this list. If yes, will make a PR ASAP. This list is pretty cool though.

ethics

Should technocrats ("nerds") also assess web scraping for its broader ethical implications?
Lacking such assessment, might unfettered technophilia writ large be one of the biggest obstacles to appropriate technology for public health?
Is the common good (present and future) part of the web dev picture?
