Theme indication

When switching themes from Desh on the home page, the currently active theme swatch is not updated.

Theme swatches misalign when zooming in

If you zoom in in Firefox and select the green theme, the theme swatches on the home page move around:

Desh returns "Invalid path" on "ls /"

To reproduce:

Go to a page in English
Type in the command ls / and press Enter

I'd expect . about whoami as output, but you get Desh: Invalid path.

Also, if you type ls / and press Tab, you get this:

Desh multiple levels navigation

It is currently not possible to change directory two levels down. For example, cd foo works and so does cd /foo, but cd /foo/bar does not. This is because listing subdirectories is explicitly disabled - because of the use for ls and tab completion. Should probably introduce a parameter listSubDirectories or something along those lines.
