missing header file

Hi,
any suggestions where should be the unit test header file?
FixedPointTests.cpp:6:10: fatal error: UnitTest++.h: No such file or directory

Implement string conversion methods

Both MultiwordInt and FixedPoint should have methods to convert them to strings, possibly with the usual floating-point modifiers for FixedPoint (i.e. precision and printing as scientific/engineering/...)

Can't build with Visual Studio

The code is using __builtin_constant_p to detect compile-time evaluation (in include/FixedPoint/FixedPointHelpers.hpp), which is unsupported by VS. That's not the only issue, but the only one that can't be fixed at the moment.

Most files don't have a license stub

Make rounding consistent

Currently, fixed point numbers round when doing multiplications, but not divisions. Optimally, there should also be support for multiple rounding modes (round to zero, +- infinity, nearest number, ...)

Implement bitwise operators for MultiwordInteger

&, ^, ~, | (and their respective assignment operators) are still missing and should be implemented.

Problems compiling with recent GCC (>= 6.1 or so)

Some combination of our atan2 implementation and the builtin clz causes recent gcc to die with an internal compiler error (https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-bugs/2017-08/msg01578.html).
