For the regular process payment page: It will be a small popup box like what is shown in the “patterns” PSD that states the following: "For MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, it's the last three digits in the signature area on the back of your card. For American Express, it is a group of four digits on the front of the card” Do you need the exact size for that?
