Add May's model

@amy-tong Let's start with May's model. You can find a statement of the model on page 5 of https://github.com/cboettig/noise-phenomena/blob/master/appendixA/appendixA.pdf, (the stochastic oscillator). The code there uses nimble to simulate the model, but let's just start with code that does this as a for loop for simplicity to avoid the extra software dependency.

Add Dai et al data

It would also be good to add data from the Dai et al paper that could be compared to the model.

Here's some sample code downloading the data from Dryad and plotting the relevant files: https://github.com/cboettig/noise-phenomena/blob/master/appendixA/Dai-Figure.R

We would want to think just what to include here; we might want a slightly cleaned up version of the data files to be shipped with the package. The standard way to do this is to have a script like the one linked here in a data-raw folder that downloads and cleans up the original data, and then uses the function usethis::use_data() to store just the cleaned data objects in the package itself.

May model as Gillespie simulation
