This project aims to facilitate the understanding of the concepts of first derivative and integral function through the use of animations.

Development environment

Requirements

• Ruby (https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/downloads/)
• Bundler (https://bundler.io/)
• Node (https://nodejs.org/en)
• Yarn (https://yarnpkg.com/)

Install dependencies

bundle install
yarn install

Run development environment

# Run concurrently webpack dev server and jekyll serve
yarn dev

mathcanvas's Issues

Display x,y coordinates during animation and user interaction

During function animation and user interaction it could be useful to have a box or a tooltip in which the xy coordinates are displayed.

Add english translation

Browser compatibility table is not updated

Browser compatibility table is not updated and it still refer to the old version of the application. Consider removing it

Generate changelog with semantic release

Animation duration should not depends on chart resolution.

chart configurations using query params

Add the ability to pass chart configurations using query params

Charts on mobile are broken

After the refactor, on mobile, the charts axes doesn't cover the entire canvas.
