how to get source url and port of registered applications from UA LCM proxy

The response which we get from 'app_list' API is :

By any means is there any support from which we can also have source url, port & protocols of the applications registered

Gracefully handling is required when any previous 'associateUeAppId' is used to create application context

There should be an appropriate error message rather than coredump.
