'bundle install' fails

After checking out the main repository I ran rails server which gave me the following output:

/Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8/gems/bundler-0.9.25/lib/bundler/source.rb:346:in load_spec_files': git://github.com/rails/rails.git (at 518891f) is not checked out. Please run bundle install (Bundler::PathError)`

Running bundle install generates the following output:

My fault or an error in the package?

Can this be updated to Rails 3.1?

I bought your book and I'd like to play a bit with this application unfortunately I receive:
