Re-organization

The main figure should just be amino acids (sub-grouped by their relation to OAA production/use, which I can clarify more on shortly...)

The other figure should have Fe and Ca low and intermediate (where the high is actually the RKS standard).

And then figure(s) of the anova analyses.

Ability to edit figures in Adobe Illustrator

I think I found a few lines that might let our collaborators edit the figures in Adobe Illustrator/Inkscape. I tried to see if they work, but couldn't find everywhere I think they need to go.

And then saving the figure as a pdf with a transparent background is anecdotally more successful than a png in this instance.

The pdfs seem to work (you can delete/edit text, move individual lines around) in my little portable version of Inkscape, at the very least.

Analsyis

Re-run analysis with ANOVAs within strain, comparing back to RKS. We're looking for changes in comparison to RKS.

We want when wt has a significant difference. Then, maybe in those treatments where wt is significantly different from itself in RKS, then a comparison within just that specific treatment might be valid and worthwhile.
