sucem-fem's Issues

Cleanup source root.

There are a number of files that are being tracked by the vcs (MaximaCode, workspace, mesh_geoms) that may not have a place in the current release.

We should consider removing these, or at least move them to a scratch folder.

Resonant Cavity Example Fails

On clean install tried to run driver.py in the resonant cavity example.

Output:
braam@braam-laptop:~/Work_Related/CEMAGG/sucem-fem/examples/resonant_cavity$ python driver.py
Calling FFC just-in-time (JIT) compiler, this may take some time.
File "driver.py", line 48, in
ep.set_boundary_conditions(pec=True)
TypeError: set_boundary_conditions() got an unexpected keyword argument 'pec'

infinitesimal_dipole code

Hello,

I am trying to get the blog_example.py to run. I am not sure why it does not work but I think it has something to do with the following snippet.

io = mesh.intersection_operator()
source_elnos = io.all_intersected_entities(source_point)

The all_intersected_entities method wants a second argument which is called ids_result in the documentation.

I am not sure what this is.

Could someone help me with this? I am not that familiar with dolphin or with python.

Thanks in advance.
