This extension creates two build macros $(SolutionConfiguration) and
&(SolutionPlatform), denoting the active solution configuration name
and platform.
Build is supported only on VS10 and VS15 solutions. VS12 is kept only
for reference. Check also dependencies needed in Resources/Deps/Readme.txt

After loading a C++ project, even just a simple one, the CPU keeps running constantly at around 70%. How should I go about to help find out the cause? I've created a minidump if that helps.
In regards to the selected features of the Visual Studio installation, I have chosen only a small subset for C++ desktop development, if that information is of interest.
When attempting to use the batch build option the SolutionConfiguration will always map to whatever the interface says instead of the build being done currently in the batch.
we're using this extension with VS 2017 quite some time now and it always worked flawlessly - until we added a C# project in SDK format (.NET Core). The variables $(SolutionPlatform) and $(SolutionConfiguration) seem to be uninitialized. Is there something I can do to make it work?
