polyfill in es modules

I am using this plugin as part of open-wc/open-wc#251

We want to load es modules on all browsers with support, and load a polyfill for dynamic imports.

I configured this plugin with import style iife which makes it work also on browsers without import.meta.url support, but it produces the following output:

const importMeta = {
  url: new URL('./demo/meta-url-test.js', typeof document !== 'undefined' ? document.currentScript && document.currentScript.src || document.baseURI : new (typeof URL !== 'undefined' ? URL : require('ur' + 'l').URL)('file:' + __filename).href).href
};

I think this can be simplified as just:

const importMeta = {
  url: new URL('./demo/meta-url-test.js', document.baseURI).href
};

This allows us to effectively polyfill import.meta.url. Do you think this is something that could be added?
