Turn of the Andy Matuschak mode for vertical title bar

Hi. Is there a setting to turn the Andy Matuschak mode for vertical title bar off, or to revert back to a title bar at the top of the note..?

The setting for the upper bar is not correct.

This is a very beautiful theme, but the annoying upper bar just makes me cannot to use it for this moment. I think is the height CSS setting for the upper bar is too large. Please fix it, I really want to use your theme.

Creating a new directory causes file tree to be obscured

This happens on mac. I have not tested on other OSes yet.

When I create a new folder, the file tree shifts and becomes obscured. See picture:

Tab Menu Bar hangs down, pushing down content.

In windows 10 PC, Tab bar hangs down, occupying most space. It is not usable. Screenshot attached.

New note / directory buttons in File Tree pane do not move when pane is resized

This happens on MacOS. I have not tested on other OSes.
