Tracking options: minimum accuracy

Provide an option to automatically switch from low power tracking to high accuracy tracking, based on the current vs wanted accuracy

LP vs HA: GPS usage

It seems low power will sometimes use GPS while high accuracy will not -
Google Play Service internal issue ?

Export: select location and filename

Currently hardcoded to /sdcard/GeoLog/GeoLog.(ext)

Service restart or crash

Sometimes the service seems to restart and location may be lost. Crash ?
Can't reliably reproduce. Seems to happen mostly when there's no cell or
Wi-Fi signal in the middle of nowhere. Have not found a reliable reproduction case.

Export: KML: date/time information

Write date/time information into description on KML exports

Logs: advanced delete

Add selection for date ranges, last X days, more than X days old

Logs: create different logs

Create the ability to track to a specific log. Database already includes logid for this, but this is not currently used. Of course this also needs additions and export, etc.
