Propagate Sentry errors

Right now, if sending a message or error to sentry fils in any way, no error is propagated or emitted in any way, making it impossible to log the error (only a subtle "alert" is printed) or react in any way.

The stream should emit an error on failure (propagating the error directly, maybe), or at least provide a way of hooking to errors so that we can decide what to do.

Raven 2.x.x support

So from what I can tell the only thing blocking this is the semver range requirement, the API use still looks fine, can you perhaps change the peer dep from 1.x.x to 1 - 2?

Handles bunyan.stdSerializers pre-serializing the error object.

Right now if you see Error: [object Object] on sentry instead of the actual error this might be due to bunyan's err serializer transforming the error object (causing it to no longer be a proper Error instance)
