Conda

Just got home from the meetup

As someone who only used pip before and never conda: was there a reason specific to bokeh that we used conda over pip? Perhaps that could have been briefly explained

the main README.md should have only one column: Next that links to lesson one.
the first page should have two columns: Table of contents and Next
the last file should have no Next column
