Fix title and subtitle in feed.xml

The feed does have a title or subtitle. I don't have Jekyll installed, otherwise I'd test this, but I think there are two simple edits in feed.xml :

Line seven should probably be

 <title>{{ site.title }}</title>

And line 10 should probably be

 <description>{{ site.subtitle }}</description>

Right now they have blog_ included, which isn't defined anywhere I can see.

I would submit code, but I am not 100% sure that is how Jekyll works.

Dead link to Android Transifex project

At https://chatsecure.org/contribute/ you have the following:

• The "Android" links go to https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/gibberbot/ - which doesn't exist.
• the "iOS" links go to transifex.net (instead of .com) which produces an expired SSL certificate warning in your browser.

Duckgo has shut down dukgo.com XMPP service.

Please remove the suggestion from the account creation function (chat service domain) drop-down menu, as it will not work.

We really should include some screenshots for both iPhone and Android

Drop facebook

FB turned off the XMPP API on 30th April 2015 and is no longer supported in chatsecure. Website update won't confuse users :)
