PR-1121 [Bug] Sometimes not attaching error in message (ie: Message Undeliverable)

@Cauen Did you retry the message? Or is it the first time you send the message you don't get any feedback. We have noticed that we are not getting the callback from Facebook APIs once we retry the message and this causes the inconsistency.

I tried sending 3 messages but they all had the same problem
As there is no error, there is no retry option in the interface
