@pranavrajs this was caught on a production website, so I had to revert back the changes. I will try making a URL where it's reproducible

I have created a second inbox in Chatwoot and connected it to the website and it worked, although previously it didn't neither in Chrome, Safari or mobile alternatives.
I will watch what will happen for the next few days, and will update here if the bug will reproduce.
