Write unit tests for Controllers

Write unit tests for both Topic and Course Controllers.

Add Basic Auth Security to the REST service

Implement Security (Basic Authentication) to the CourseBoot project. The implementation should be using an interceptor or a filter.

Validate entity objects before PUT and POST operations

When performing PUT or POST operations, validate the passed entity objects in the request body and return a HTTP 400 Bad Request status code if the validation fails.

1. PUT requests shall not accept partial entity objects.
2. POST requests shall not accept incomplete entity objects.
