Add simple UDP listener

Add simple UDP listener in python with 2 parameters - IP, port.

Service stops sending logs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set destination server with public IP or cname and tart service.
2. Run listener on server.
3. Switch phone connection from wifi to 3G or vice-versa.

When phone connection switches service stops sending log.

Deadlock when stopping service with filter

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Turn filtering on
2. Set filter that does not produce output (eg. *:s)
3. Start filter, stop/restart service (buttons "Save and restart" or "Stop").

Service should stop sending log and taskbar icon should disapear, but configuration activity stops responding and system shows stop/wait/report dialogue.

Add wildcards to filters

Android logcat doesn't support filters with wildcards included in tags.
Enable filtering log lines in application (for example Logcat* to filter all messages that matches this pattern).

Android Jelly Bean / 4.1 compatibility

Application is not compatible with Android 4.1, because of security "enhancement" in Jelly Bean.
Prmission android.permission.READ_LOGS is not granted to 3rd party applications.

Optional custom filters

Add optional custom filters to filter log messages.
Allow to combine more filter specification pairs (eg. "*:e LogcatUdpCfg:d LogcatUdpService:d LogcatThread:d")
