Problems with the plugin

Greetings I have not tried your plugin but I am anxious to do so ...

Technical data:
-I have Minecraft in version 1.14.4.
-My Server is hosted in a Lunix VPS.

This is basically what the plugin gives me when my server tries to run it:

Too many saplings

Spigot 1.16.1
AppleTreeReloaded 1.1.1

Oak leaves seem to drop way too many saplings.
config.yml sets sapling-chance: 0.05
but every leaves block seems to drop a sapling, so 50+ per tree.

Not an issue, but a request (unless it's already there and idk what the command is)

Is there any chance maybe a "/atr reload" command could be added to refresh the config without needing to restart the server? That would be greatly appreciated!

Apples drop from non-oak trees

Apples drop from all trees, how to increase drop only for oak?
