Build errors on Android

Shai suggests

The flurry cn1lib needs to be updated to use the newer Android API level 28 for location which is our current default. That's the right thing to do for the long term

Adding 'android.playServicesVersion=8.3.0' to build hints didn't help either. Would appreciate if this gets patched.

a lot of times it gives black screen plus "X" button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. fetch an ad during onShow()
2. call in actionPerformed()
if(IJobClock.getFlurryManager().isAdReady()){
                    IJobClock.getFlurryManager().displayAd();
                }
3. show() another form

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ad showing, instead there is a black screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iOS6, iOS8 both newVM=true
