Confusion regarding the 3D rendering

The documentation/comments are unfortunately not very clear in render3D.py. May I ask what is the input for the script? It seems that load_data_path() returns three different convex hulls, namely first_hull, w_all_hull, init_hull. Could you elaborate on what are these hulls representing since it's not immediately clear from the code.

Question about the dataset.

Under the dataset link to Baidu Yun, the dataset includes "material" and "layout". Under the dataset link to Google Drive, the dataset was "MultiLayerDataset". If have I have it right these are completely two different datasets. I wonder if you can share some more instructions about how to use these two dataset.

Question: Setting parameters for the floorplan

How would you go about setting restrictions for the total size of the floorplan, such as how much land is available?

For example: the total plot of land is 1500sq ft so the generated floorplan is in these restrictions
