Wrong matching on Windows

Doing processCssFile() parsed files use background-url which are builded with forward slash ("path/to/img"), other way in Windows these paths are constructed using backslashes. This cause false regexp and CSS properties are not rewrited in result files.

Wrong count of created sprites

its count sprites by references, not by actually created sprites. In result if there is a false references, its will be counted inside sprite count and will be written inside result message.

Lack of alert when dups background-image url occurs

When some images have equal URLs, plugin silently merge all images to last one, what may be unexpected.
