jsp in WEB-INF

all the jsp files are in the WEB-INF directory where they cannot be loaded by 
the browser. Is there a 
reason for this? I'm going to move them out and get them going.

Periodic Reporting of Location

Implement reporting of location including timer to ensure location only
reported every X seconds. FYI the positionWatch thing is called VERY
frequently.

Also maybe implement a threshold on the number of stationary reports, e.g.
if user hasn't moved for 30 mins.

Location is reported to database using a POST XmlHttpRequest similar to the
marker fetching.

(iphone) Click on TrafficMarker prevents map drag

drag the user marker or one of the traffic markers and safari attempts to
scroll the page instead of panning map
