Plugin does not work when accessing page without read rights

When accessing a page, where you have no read access to, metaheader plugin does not work. It behaves as it was not installed. Trying other pages with read rights, the plugin works as expected.

I am using this plugin on my personal homepage to clear all RSS metaheader. This works fine. If someone tries to reach a page that he has no read rights for, the RSS metaheaders are not removed. Instead the default RSS metaheaders are present.

layout bug

after i installed this plugin, i add $headers['meta'][] = array( 'name' => 'DC.title', 'content' => 'yourdomain.org', 'cond' => '^blog:*' ); in the config file, but then i found there was a margin in the top of every page. what's wrong?
