dokuwiki-template-dokubook's Issues

Logo file is hardcoded in tpl_functions

The personal logo is a file placed in /lib/tpl/dokubook/images, as coded in tpl_functions.php. So, if you have a farm, it is not possible to have personal logos for each animal, as my users have asked me. I did a small hack, where the file is to be put in media directory. IMHO ,the right solution would be having the logo as a configuration option rather than being hardcoded. An intermediate solution would be placing the logo file configuration into dokuwiki_design.css, that can be customized in each animal.

I believe _admin.css should be updated to correctly show the version information?

Mediamanager is screwed up

The left side of the Mediamanager is completely screwed up. The navigation tree, the aligment buttons and the texts are all overlapping, thus not readable and usable.

MathJax Zoom issue

I'm using DokuWiki - '2010-11-07a Anteater' with jsMath plugin(MathJax render)(http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:jsmath) for mathematic equations. One of the features of MathJax is 'Zoom' of equation. (http://www.mathjax.org/resources/articles-and-presentations/accessible-pages-with-mathjax/)
So after installation of DokuBook I noticed, that this function is corrupted. There are few screens:

  1. Screen of my Wiki with MathJax and Dokubook with left sidebar. (http://s41.radikal.ru/i093/1102/a8/0a5d21466019.png)
  2. Press right button on equation and set option of Zoom. (http://s010.radikal.ru/i312/1102/55/1e17de06e7dd.png)
  3. Double-click on equation and - corrupt. (http://i005.radikal.ru/1102/41/8f2a0589fa6d.png)
  4. Example of another template with correct-working option. (http://s012.radikal.ru/i319/1102/77/f38d4c0d8ba1.png)

Then I watched "dokubook\main.php" and noticed, that the key of this issue is strung 76 - screen of it. (http://s014.radikal.ru/i326/1102/88/a03f8713f559.png)
and actually in "". Without this string we lost a content region, but Zoom works again: Screen (http://s39.radikal.ru/i086/1102/65/02270a14d9cc.png)

I'm not experienced in php and template-building, so, I need your help, if it possible.

You can test this issue on my wiki. (http://wiki.fmcs.imazing.org/doku.php/playground:jsmathtomathjaxcompability)

sidebar doesn't expand on mouse click

Hi,

We are using latest dokuwiki with latest dokubook-version. We figured out that on new clean Windows 7 / Ubuntu 9.10 setup and latest firefox browser we cannot expand the sidebar in our dokuwiki. This is what firefox's error console reports:

We also have some "older" notebooks where the sidebar works fine, also with latest firefox-version.

Navigation and Search Box Alignment in IE 7 and 8

We have been using Dokuwiki 2008-05-05 and Dokubook Template 2008-05-04 and decided it is time to upgrade to new release. So I installed Dokuwiki 2009-02-14B and Dokubook Template 2009-02-08 and have been doing some testing. The new Dokuwiki/Dokubook installation works fine with FireFox 3.5 but when I browse to the wiki with IE 7 or IE 8 and then log in the navigation and search boxes do not align correctly on the screen. The search box title runs into the bottom of the navigation box and the edit button in the navigation box runs out of the bottom right corner of the navigation box.

Logo image overlaps msg()

When multiple messages are shown through the msg() mechanism, they are partly hidden behind the logo.

missing section highlighting

When hovering over a section edit button, the section to be edited is highlighted in the default template. Would be nice to have this in dokubook as well.
