500 Error when accessing course pages from search results if the course title contains parentheses

When I click the url of ARTD 209: Chado (The Way of Tea) from serach results, it returns 500 error.
However, it is OK to access https://chinmayamahesh.me/gpa?course=ARTD+209&semester=All

Some other courses with parentheses in titles also have this problem:
search result of CHLH 199, course page; search result of LAW 501, etc...

Fix overall_gpa.csv

Rows are columns and columns are rows, it's a mess.

Feature Roadmap

A list of features done, and left to be done:

• more generic searching with filters
  • collapsable filter menu
  • check if search doesn't match course, then display clickable list with courses
• regex search support
• hover on prof shows specific stats, semester, curve etc
  • plot curve per professor
  • figure out how to do html image popup on hover without js
• link to course explorer on selected course
• make graph have hover tooltips (unknown difficulty without js)
• Recognize multiple unique courses using same number and subject
• Offered in Fall 2020 Feature
• GPA per semester
• +/- grades
• Link to latest course explorer page
• Automated testing. There is no JS so it should be easy to do using requests and beautiful soup.

Right now if you find a course that's not consistently offered it's hard to know from what semesters the data you see comes from.
