retrace's Issues

More efficient removal of large amounts of intents

Calling pop repeatedly should be OK, although there's opportunity here to drop entire chunks instead, if the number is large. I'm not sure how necessary this actually is though. A scrubbable history is nice, but that might better be handled with branch (#2). Also pop is generally fast enough that an optimization might not be necessary.

Branching from a certain point in history

Add a method Retrace::branch(&self, usize) -> Self that creates a branch from a certain point in history. This implies Clone as well, since branch(0) is essentially Clone.

Add an iterator

Use case: serializing the intent log on error for bug reproduction.
