Upgrade JoinView to Vue 3

Description

Please refer to /vue-app/views/Join.vue and upgrade it to Vue 3 version in /vue3-app/views/JoinView.vue

Development

• To install packages, run yarn in project root and run yarn again in clrfund/vue3-app
• In clrfund/ run yarn start:gun to start gundb
• In clrfund/vue3-app run yarn dev and go to http://127.0.0.1:5173/join/project
• Develop on your branch and pull request to vue3-app
• The original form validation tool is vuelidate, or you can also try using vorms.

Requirements

• The page and the operation process should be as same as the Vue 2 version.

Support multiple language

Based on the upstream PR#606 , we have to do some jobs to enable i18n in every .vue file. The vue3 i18n plugin has been added so the only thing we should do is to change all the text into $t(xxx)

Vite preview build error: Uncaught ReferenceError: process is not defined

Description

The vite dev server works but fails on vite preview build.

Reproduce

yarn build
yarn serve

Information

• Maybe adjusting the vite.config.ts can resolve the problem, or not.
• I think it's caused by the dependencies maci-crypto and maci-domainobjs, so you can test it on a smaller experimental field with https://github.com/chnejohnson/vue3-dapp-starter/tree/config/maci
