A simple application for obtaining the weather forecast for a given city.
- 5-Day forecast in addition to current weather;
- History buttons for past searches;
- Obtaining of data via OpenWeather API.
No installation is necessary for this application. A live page can be accessed at https://chris-godinho.github.io/2023-08-21-weather-forecast/.
This is a one-off project that's not being supported any longer. Feel free, however, to clone this repo (but make sure to credit the original creators).

A large part of the research for this project was done through the websites W3 Schools (https://www.w3schools.com/), StackOverflow (https://stackoverflow.com/) and MDN Web Docs (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web), and as such small sections of code were adapted from examples offered in those sites.
All of the weather information is being pulled from the OpenWeather API (https://home.openweathermap.org/).
