Browserify/Watchify Hypothesis

1. Watchify was only designed to work with a single bundle.

I am able to get the latest Browserify working fine with multiple bundles, however, when Watchify attempts to run, it is unable to resolve dependencies.

To get Browserify working with multiple bundles, the fix was small: set fullPaths to true for both bundles.

2. bundler.require will override the value of a file if it was previously required via browserify sources or entries.

@pgoldrbx @benwigley Try pulling down the latest commits on this repo and let me know if Watchify is working for you. I have it working, but I get { '0': [Error: write after end] }. This doesn't seem to break the app. I am assuming it has to do with gulp and streams, and not with browserify.
