Lattice QCD Packages

For hadron spectroscopy projects I've developed

• Correlation Matrix Manager (CMM) - Best place to start, check out the docs.
• MesonBaryon Workflow - CMM for meson-baryon scattering.
• SU(4) Workflow - CMM for SU(4) baryon-baryon scattering.
• Wick Contractions - Applies wicks theorem to LQCD operators.
• Finite Volume Groups - Finite volume groups and their irreps.

For a more optimized correlation matrix manager in C++ that is limited to multi-meson systems see the original repo.

I've also applied the Wick contractions codebase to a hadron structure project, to evaluate four point functions, to probe the response of hadrons to electric and magnetic fields.

Lattice Supersymmetry

I applied quantum computing techniques to two different supersymmetric models. The quantum algorithms used were VQE, VQD, and real-time evolution. The repositories start with the definition of the Hamiltonian of the theories, and convert the Hamiltonian to Pauli strings. The Wess-Zumino model also has a machine learning approach.
