Dependency names cause ordering problems

The following will throw an undefined variable error because B is defined after A:

class A(Task):
    __deps__ = [B]

class B(Task): pass

The solution is to have __deps__ names be strings, and resolve those strings to classes on-demand.

Add a modules system

Split the monolithic dotfiles.py into separate modules, and have the ability to select the desired modules for each config, as well as listing all available modules.
