Add ChatGPT Error handling

Problem
When there's a non-successful response from OpenAI's chat completion API, an exception is thrown in the application.

Expected Behavior
The game does not crash or show an exception dialog window when the API's response is not a success

Solution

• Add a try-catch around the API call
• Add a user-friendly communication of the error to the user interface

Fix enemies reviving on loading of a save file

Problem
When the user loads a save, enemies that have been defeated remain on the screen.
This might have been a random one-time error.
