I've added the copy & paste-template file under \Setup\seriesmapping.xml in the develop branch.

In case that the structure is not the purposed one don't hesitate to change everything as needed. I assume that you can change the file directly as a contributor, no need to fork & pull request.

I re-worked the structure & working method and expanded the given start in order to have a combined template with embedded information. --> see commit/contribution
Now:

1. I ask for your opinion
2. Chris, what is the difference (and which is the preferred method / perform faster / is more fundamental) of ignoring entries:

• within section (seriesMapping) like
  (!-- Castle --)
  (seriesMap schedulesDirectName="Castle" tvdbComName="" ignore="true"/)
• or within section (ignores) section like
  (!-- Castle --)
  (seriesMap schedulesDirectName="Castle" tvdbComName="id=83462"/)

FYI: I've updated the readme.md in the develop branch. I've mentioned the seriesMapping.xml inside the mapping & FAQ section.
