Getting titles needs a skip all function

When renaming multiple shows at once, there should be a way to skip 
getting titles, the cancel button right now only cancels the current show.

The "edit subtitle" feature has a bug with language/code page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click on subtilte file -> Edit subtitle
2. The subtitle is in the Hebrew language - right to left
3. making some changes and press OK
4. the file contains gibrish...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the file should be with the same codepage that was opened with


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version : 0.9.0.0
OS : WinXP 2005 MediaCenter edition

Way to use different search string (without change directory name)

Some pages require very specific search strings to be successful,
for example "Stargate SG-1" doesn't work on all providers, and sometimes
you would have to enter "Stargate" instead and pick a result. Now
this would mean having to move the files from "Stargate SG-1\Season x" to 
"Stargate\Season x". There should be a way to try a different search 
string, possibly with a dialogue when no result is found.
