Support Escalations

Please consider supporting groups of people in which notifications may be escalated.

This would allow several people to be on call for a given topic. If one fails to respond to the notifications the next one would be notified and so on.

It should be pretty easy to implement by adding an team API and wrapping the notification loop in another loop iterating over the team members.

License

I could not find a license in the repo. Would you consider releasing this under an open source license such as MIT or BSD? This looks like a very interesting project and could be used as the notification system for a side project I'm making. Good job btw!

Support sending Mail via SMTP

Please consider support sending Mail via SMTP w/o Mailgun.

While Mailgun is great many organisations already have an SMTP infrastructure in place.

Add Tests

There should be tests to verify the desired operation of the API calls and protect against regressions.

I'll try to provide an PR covering the most basic tests soon.
