increased timeout and now more reliable. Also changed inactivity timeout to keep hoverboards awake if there's any serial. Would be nice for them to start up on serial activity. Would be nice to improve delays caused by GPS posting script.

why do the hoverboards not manage to turn themselves back on correctly
