Can't build - Twilio maven repo?

(Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this. git-hub newbie here and I couldn't find anywhere else to ask)

I checked out the code and tried running it locally with mvn hpi:run but I'm not able to build because of an unresolved dependency for the Twilio maven repo. I've tried searching for it on Google but can't find the one this project is using. Can I get a link for it or could it be added to the pom.xml file?

Here's the error I get:
