Add an improved thread save logger

The logger needs some improvement. It should be used everywhere and also provide some tracing ability. It should be thread save so that reading and writing to it can happen at the same time. Maybe even with a blocking reading function for easy use in a "consumer thread".
Ideas. Create and abstract interface for the logger and then various actual loggers:

• Memory logger. Just save everything to memory
• Null logger. Does nothing.
• File logger ?

Testing on Mac (Intel)

For some reason, the decoding test fails on MacOS. Everything else is OK though.

Rename namespace

Currently the namespace for the lib is ffmpeg it should be libFFmpeg. That is better for integration into other projects.

Add testing with native install of ffmpeg libraries

FFmpeg can also be installed "natively" on each platform. If the libraries can be found in the path, LibFFmpeg++ should be able to find and open them. We should support:

• Chocolately on windws
• Brew on mac
• Apt get on Ubuntu
