gatsby components not getting mounted in build on github pages with actions

i am not sure if it is errors with github actions file i am using or with the starter, so i cross posted issue in that repo too. i will run with checkout actions in the evening. i tried various changes thinking the markdown content was messing it up.
i couldn't even reproduce same error on codesandbox when running gatsby build or npm run build --prefix-paths.
however i do get same errors when trying to deploy project on https://dashboard.render.com/

with same actions, i updated repository based of another Gatsby starter and it works fine and it doesn't include mdx plugin. I hope this helps
