hmm, maybe the point is that when updating one of the packages, it changed its API. This has already happened, and I plan to lock package versions. But I just can't find the time for this 😓.

There is a chance that this error will not occur if you use yarn.

Same problem here using both original repo and starter.

Using yarn instead of npm fixed the issue.
