Configurable pull interval

FluentBit flushes its data to a predefined interval. Make it so we pull data to the same interval as Fluent Bit to not waste resources.

Configurable series range

Right now, the plot charts show all data (this makes the points to expand, not to move or pan). Make it configurable so the user can select a range they want to see and move/pan back in history.

This involves adding timestamps. Right now there is no concept of timestamp in the CLI. It may require switching the source API to the prometheus one.
